As the class of 2026’s journey comes to an end, the seniors step onto the stage to start another

New officers, rising seniors Anya Lind-Ayres, Lucille Burgeson, and Tenzin Pedon, announce the names of the new inductees May 20, while Celia Slattengren and Asha Ferrán-Sapatnekar hand out the official certificates. The induction ceremony was a way to showcase the hard work of National Honor Society students throughout the year, and it allowed past and present officers to join together for a well-deserved celebration of success.

Newly inducted members of Park’s National Honor Society are bringing fresh perspectives, taking meaningful initiative, and shaping the group’s future.

Students participating in Non Traditional Academy (NTA) listen to a presentation about an upcoming project where they are expected to connect math, science, English and social studies with a focus on hands-on learning April 29. NTA is one of the programs at Park that will be impacted by the upcoming cuts, limiting access to alternative styles of education for Park students.
